Last Wednesday, crowd-funding website site Dream or Donate by Robert-Jan Mastenbroek from Zwolle suddenly came out of the air. The facebook page of the website had also disappeared.

On the site people could raise money for a specific purpose, for example the realization of a dream trip or money for medical treatments abroad.
Many of these people are afraid of losing the collected money. Owner Mastenbroek has stated to other media that the site has been hacked. He would do his best to get in touch with all victims and promised that people would get their money back. The victims question this statement and assume the worst.
Mastenbroek was previously discredited with the site Dream or Donate. The magazine Quote previously published an article in which they question Mastenbroek's approach.
